Content Writer - newsletters (Chicago, IL)

Highbridge Bright Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Chicago plant, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about customer orders. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
