Bluepeak Cedar Telecom is looking for a Content Writer. The job centres on newsletters for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing accounts. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
