Content Writer - newsletters (Chicago, IL)

Northwind Wren Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Chicago, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. You would join a large organisation of about 735 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about network equipment. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
