Content Writer - newsletters (Charlotte, NC)

Nova Bridge Arts Center is an arts centre in Charlotte with a full calendar of events, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about ticketing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with ticketing. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
