We are growing our team at Ironwood Quarry Banking Services and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be newsletters. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about fraud alerts. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
