Content Writer - newsletters (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Bridge Energy and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be newsletters. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about hardship programmes. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
