Content Writer - newsletters (Buffalo, NY)

Summit Keystone Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Buffalo presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about event logistics. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
