Content Writer - newsletters (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Cross Energy and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be newsletters. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about service connections. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
