Content Writer - newsletters (Boston, MA)

Nova Mill Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Boston design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on newsletters. You would join a small organisation of about 189 people based in Boston. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about fare systems. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
