Harborlight Clear Energy Group supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Boston, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. You would join a large organisation of about 781 people based in Boston. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about service connections. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
