Northwind Wilder Insurance Group is looking for a Content Writer. The job centres on newsletters for premium billing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Boston. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about premium billing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with premium billing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
