We are growing our team at Highbridge Sparrow Transit Planning and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be newsletters. You would join a large organisation of about 470 people based in Boston. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about survey data. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with survey data.
