Westbrook Nest Housing manages affordable housing communities across Birmingham. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on newsletters. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about resident services. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
