Ironwood Haven Learning Group is looking for a Content Writer. The job centres on newsletters for student accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about student accounts. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
