Content Writer - newsletters (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Northwind Bridge Telecom and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be newsletters. We invest in training. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about network equipment. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
