Content Writer - newsletters (Baltimore, MD)

Ironwood Ivory Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Baltimore region, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing disputes. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
