Content Writer - newsletters (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Keystone Transit Planning Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be newsletters. You would join a small organisation of about 135 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about fare systems. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
