Bright Keystone Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Atlanta, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing disputes. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
