Content Writer - newsletters (Anchorage, AK)

Ironwood Nest Community Partners Group runs community programmes across Anchorage, and we need a Content Writer to lead our newsletters. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about volunteer shifts. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • Basic SEO knowledge.
