Content Writer - newsletters (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Sparrow Telecom and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be newsletters. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing accounts. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
