Content Writer - help-centre articles (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Ashton Civic Services Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about case files. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with case files. • Basic SEO knowledge.
