Content Writer - help-centre articles (Wichita, KS)

Redstone Oak Banking Services Partners is a community-focused bank in Wichita serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about fraud alerts. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
