Content Writer - help-centre articles (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Rook Press and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about proofing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with proofing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
