We are growing our team at Nova Orchard Telecom and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about outage reports. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
