Content Writer - help-centre articles (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Granite Water Authority Partners and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 65 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about meter reading. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
