What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about client files. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
