Content Writer - help-centre articles (Tulsa, OK)

Ironwood Amber Learning Group is an education provider in Tulsa serving students and families, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 142 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about attendance records. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
