Content Writer - help-centre articles (Tucson, AZ)

Fernwood Hollow Energy Group supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Tucson, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing disputes. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
