Content Writer - help-centre articles (Tucson, AZ)

Summit North Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Tucson, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about repair requests. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
