Content Writer - help-centre articles (Tucson, AZ)

Lumen Bright Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Tucson, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about lease compliance. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
