Content Writer - help-centre articles (Toledo, OH)

Clearpath Cross Civic Services supports public agencies in Toledo with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about budget submissions. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
