Content Writer - help-centre articles (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Kestrel Learning Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about enrolment. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
