Content Writer - help-centre articles (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Nova Beacon Water Authority and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about capital projects. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with capital projects. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
