Content Writer - help-centre articles (Tampa, FL)

Cedar Forge Energy is an energy provider in Tampa focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 149 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing disputes. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
