Bright Loom Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Tampa. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about premium billing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
