Content Writer - help-centre articles (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Hollow Arts Center Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about volunteer programmes. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer programmes. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
