Cedar Meridian Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in St. Louis serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about branch operations. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
