Content Writer - help-centre articles (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Westbrook North Insurance and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about catastrophe response. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
