Content Writer - help-centre articles (St. Louis, MO)

Lumen Ivory Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the St. Louis area. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about billing accounts. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
