Content Writer - help-centre articles (St. Louis, MO)

Highbridge Bright Community Partners is a nonprofit in St. Louis supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Content Writer to lead our help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about grant reporting. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with grant reporting. • Basic SEO knowledge.
