Lumen Kestrel Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in St. Louis. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of about 911 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about waiting lists. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • Basic SEO knowledge.
