Content Writer - help-centre articles (St. Louis, MO)

Highbridge Meadow Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across St. Louis. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about maintenance stores. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
