Content Writer - help-centre articles (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Summit Kestrel Water Authority and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about pipe repairs. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
