Content Writer - help-centre articles (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Corner Insurance Group and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about underwriting files. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
