Content Writer - help-centre articles (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Wren Arts Center and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about visitor services. What we are looking for • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with visitor services. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
