Ironwood Mill Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Seattle. We are hiring a Content Writer to take on help-centre articles. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about event logistics. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with event logistics. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
