Content Writer - help-centre articles (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Bridge Energy and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about meter readings. What we are looking for • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. • Curiosity about how things work. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
