Content Writer - help-centre articles (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Lakeside Arts Center and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a large organisation of about 650 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about ticketing. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Basic SEO knowledge. • Experience with ticketing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
