Content Writer - help-centre articles (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Nova Water Authority and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about treatment plant data. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. • Strong editing habits. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
