Content Writer - help-centre articles (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Bright Basin Banking Services and adding a Content Writer whose main responsibility will be help-centre articles. You would join a small organisation of about 83 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Interview staff and customers and turn what you learn into clear articles. • Keep existing content accurate and easy to find. • Follow a style guide and suggest improvements to it. • Work with subject experts to check facts before publishing. • Write and edit guides, emails and web pages about account openings. What we are looking for • Curiosity about how things work. • Strong editing habits. • A portfolio of clear, practical writing. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • Basic SEO knowledge. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
